NASRDA BOSS VISITS, CONDOLES LATE DR. ZOAKA’S FAMILY

The Director General, National Space Research and Development Agency, NASRDA, Dr. Halilu Ahmad Shaba, led the management and staff of the Agency on a condolence visit to the family of Late Dr. (Mrs) Deborah Zoaka, who passed on recently after a brief illness.

The NASRDA boss who could not hold back tears, commiserated with the family saying, her painful exit was not only felt by her immediate family members but also by the NASRDA family. He therefore prayed for the repose of her soul and the fortitude for the family to bear the irreparable loss.

In her remarks, the mother of the deceased, Mrs Kwamting Zoaka, appreciated the support and immense contributions of the Space Agency, especially during her daughter’s illness which unfortunately resulted in her untimely death.

She further stated that in life, there is time for everything hence, the need to give glory to the Almighty, despite the loss of a loved one.According to her, by human perception, her daughter was supposed to be alive to bury her, but the reverse is the case as that is how God has arranged it and no mortal being can question His supremacy.

She prayed for sustained love and unity in the NASRDA family, and also solicited for prayers for her family members who are left to mourn the painful exit of Deborah Zoaka.

On her part, the sister of the deceased, Mrs. Sarah Ahmad also appreciated the management and staff of the Agency for their show of love which according to her was second to none. She said the family is making arrangements for the burial of her deceased sister which will be communicated to NASRDA in due course.

Dr. (Mrs) Deborah Zoaka was until her death, the Director, Administration and Finance at the NASRDA Headquarters in Abuja.
